Christmas Fun

The lighting of the Christmas Tree at Victoria Gardens.

Finding the PERFECT tree.

We headed down to Auntie Jenny's for the Manhattan Beach Firework Show. We always have so much fun there!

Making Gingerbread Trains and Villages... only a few tears of frustration but in the end it was a success!

Making lots and lots of Christmas Goodies... and making extra special ones for Santa :)

Checking out the cool Christmas Lights

Our Annual Christmas Party with some of our closest friends.

DJ's Surprise Dinner

Ok the WORLD'S WORST BLOGGER is playing MAJOR catch up so sorry for the months of backtracking :)

Back in December I threw a surprise dinner party for DJ to celebrate his accomplishments last season. For those of you who do not know, DJ won the award for having the most wins in the league. He won 19 out of the 26 games he pitched last season, which is AWESOME!!! Since he wasn't able to truly celebrate this I got our families and a few of his friends he had played baseball with in the past to help him celebrate! I have to say he was very surprise and everything went really well. I had him thinking we were throwing a surprise retirement party for my dad... little did he know :)

DJ even wore his JPL socks just for my dad! LOL!

And my dad broke his dancin' shoes :)

*Still waiting to get the pics of the surprise and decor. Thanks to my sister for hosting the surprise!

Rapunzel Hair

When we got home I finally took Tessa to get her first haircut (I was too nervous to get it done in Japan). She was so excited to go until we got in the car. She started to get a little nervous about the whole thing and told me she did not want to get a haircut anymore. When I asked her why she answered "Because I am Rapunzel Mommy!!!" I tell ya this girl is too smart for me sometimes ;) But she ended up going through with it after watching Brady getting his cut and seeing the fun cars she could sit in!

Our Trip THERE... and BACK

The kids are becoming professional travelers! If only they would sleep a little it would be AWESOME. But at least there are very few tears along the way :)
