ELMO... Here We Come!

Back in March I decided to take the kids to the Discovery Center for the morning. There was a Sesame Street exhibit there and Tessa has a slight obsession with Elmo so I had to take her there to see it. The kids had so much fun there. We spent all 2 hours just in the Sesame Street section alone. They had some cool stuff to look at and do. The kids loved the Elmo's World house, the store where you could go shopping and scan your items at the cash register, and "washing" their hands at the Ernie sink. It was a good day and am so so glad that we made it there before the exhibit left :)

St. Patty's Day (2011)

I know it happened AWHILE ago but we had a fun St. Patrick's Day this year. We celebrated all day long and the kids got some fun surprises along the way :)

We started the day by going to the park to meet up with my mom's group to celebrate. The kids got to go on a hunt for a pot o'gold. They had to find and follow all the shamrocks in the order of the rainbow to find their pot o' gold at the end. It was really cute watching the kids figure out what color came next and then running to find it. After the hunt we all played at the playground. The only unlucky thing that happened was that I got stung by a bee... I forgot what it feels like. My hand got so swollen, but I survived :)













And we ended our day with none other than... the SHAMROCK SHAKE :)









And then I had two CRAZY Monkeys after :)
