For those of you who don't know the Japanese are brutally honest and really say what they are thinking. So with this said, the other day our family went to Costco. It was getting late so I left DJ with the cart while he got us some pizza and hot dogs from the snack bar, while I took the kids to the car. When DJ got to the car he had this funny smile on his face. He chuckled a little and said "The funniest thing just happened to me. A little old lady just made my day!" He continued to tell me that a little old lady who spoke some English recognized who he was and came up to him and said "You skinny! On TV you look fat! But now you skinny!" Ha Ha!!!
I wonder if she still thought he was skinny when she saw him leaving with a full cart of food and all of the pizza and hot dogs he got at the snack bar... ALL BY HIMSELF :)
