Baseball

The baseball season finally came to an end. This season was a little bit of a roller coaster with DJ's pulled muscle, but overall DJ had a great season and ended the year well. The last game he pitched was game 3 in the league championships. He had an awesome game and ended up getting the win and was Hero of the Game. The game was during nap time so the kids and I cheered him on from home with my parents on Skype. It was actually better than being at the game :) We are so proud of DJ for battling through injuries this year. He still had such an awesome season!!!







After DJ's game they were up 3-1 in the series, but they surprisingly ended up losing 3 straight and ended up losing the series. Bummer for baseball but nice to be able to come home. We would actually still be in Japan now playing in the Japan Series :) Here are a few pictures of the packed stadium during the series. The place was packed with people and so loud with all of the cheering. It was actually really neat to see!
